According to the information we received from Sony, the deluxe variant is cheaper than premium, with the price of the local market being oriented. So costs a monthly subscription in South Korea 9 euros.

Countries with Cloud Streaming are: USA, Canada, Japan, UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, Ireland, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Norway, Dannermark, Finland and Sweden.

There is no cloud streaming for PS plus: underneath countries from Latin America, as well as South Korea and Singapore.

What does PS plus Deluxe ?

The Deluxe subscription comes with a catalog of downloadable Playstation, PlayStation 2 and PSP games as well as trial versions of AAA games. The benefits of essential and extra, such as online multiplayer and a catalog of 400 ps4 and ps5 games, are also included.

This is missing compared to the premium subscription: Logically, the cloud streaming libraries are not included, because it's about it. These are additional PS3 classics and additional cloud streaming access to PlayStation, PS2, PSP and PS4 games.
